Before you call
Four things that make the first call useful.
None of this is required. Call with a rough idea and we’ll fill in the rest — but if you have these, the conversation gets to a real answer much faster.
- The scope
- What the building is and roughly how big — a dormitory, a gymnasium, a beis medrash, a dining hall, a bunk row.
- The site
- Where it is, and whether you own it yet. Raw land, a site with an existing building coming down, or an expansion on a campus already running.
- The timeline
- Rough is fine. What matters most is any date that cannot move — a camp season, a school year, a move-in.
- Anything on paper
- Architect's drawings, a survey, a committee's wish list, photos on your phone. If none of it exists yet, that is a normal place to start.
